Combined Heat and Power (CHP) can improve your facility’s energy, environmental, economic, and resiliency future: Tuesday, June 23, 2020 – 11:30am (edt)
Combined Heat and Power (CHP), also referred to as cogeneration, provides an opportunity to generate on-site electric power and useful thermal energy from a single fuel source. CHP technologies include, but are not limited to, reciprocating engines, combustion turbines, microturbines, steam turbines, and fuel cells. These technologies can represent cost-effective, near-term opportunities to improve your facility’s energy, environmental, economic, and resiliency future.
This Webinar will highlight CHP technology and available technical assistance through the US DOE Combined Heat and Power Technical Assistance Partnership. The event will also include a presentation from 2G Energy highlighting the 1,800 kW CHP installation at KB Bio Energy’s Akron, Ohio facility.
